    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    Default long eared owl at maton mere, blackpool

    these long eared owl shots were taken this year at marton mere blackpool. they are regular visitors, roosting through the winter upto about march. numbering approx 9 birds, at times, they give good close views..... when you actually find them that is!!! they are so well camouflaged.
