    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.

    Default Grey Heron

    I lost count of the amount Herons I have seen these past few days, most would not let you get too close but this one I spotted on the beach at Oban didn't mind at all
