first glance and i misread the latin name as 'bomb terrorist'...then the next thing that came into my head was, if that was the case, you'd have to call the 'swat' team.
not that you could hurt a lovely creature like this...nice shot berly

I love BumBlees. I think there is only one that stings any way. Queen ans worker bumble bees sting. My favorite (don't know why) is the Cuckoo bee.They lack pollen collecting structures and hang around with Buff-tails. It lays it's eggs in the buff-tiled Bumble bee's nest.
I put a Cuckoo bee in the forum some where
