    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.

    Thanks Chocky and rolf, yep I like the first one too, I had to crop a bar out at the top of the pic. I tell you what my reactions are not as quick as they used to be at one time if a bird landed I just pointed the camera but now I'm a bit out of practice
