The Wren- Troglodytes troglodytes

This little Wren plopped down almost in front of my camcorder as I was trying to focus on a bird through the bushes . So I turned my focus on the wren .

nice clip... obviously did'nt know you were there, as it preened, quite relaxed.
did you know that the latin name troglodytes troglodytes means 'cave dweller'??. ancient people who lived in caves were known as troglodytes.

I know . I thought about that then realised wrens nest in sort of bushes and little holes and things down by brook here in Exmouth
