    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.

    Brilliant captures rolf, can I ask how you distinguish the male from the female. Am I right in thinking that the females cap is brown and the males black or am I way off

    Got to keep my eyes open to see if she visits again, as this is almost exactly the same time as last year's visit.
