No, this is a medium(to small) raptor.

Don't want to steal a 'digdeep' thread here but this is not a Common Buzzard or Goshawk Beryl/Rolf.
It's not a bird that has ever visited our shores that I'm aware of and I have a feeling it's best if I retract my suggestion of it being a member of the 'buzzard' family. In other words......I don't know what it is.

Well 'digdeep' has certainly got us on the run with this one Beryl/Rolf but in summary I dont think it's anything suggested so far and the nearest I could suggest was buzzard sp but I'm just not totally happy with this at all and I'm beat, rhymes with......

There are Honey Buzzards in Sweden. It is in the amber state and in There are wardened watch points in Devon and Norfolk. And it's breading places are kept secret
