Your probably right there Rolf.
Thing is they are all so alike
Your probably right there Rolf.

Anthus it is but the rest is wrong
Rock Pipit- Anthus petrosus
This is tricky......very tricky. Will be interesting to see what 'dd' comes up with here but I'm inclined to ID this as Water Pipit but have a distinct feeling 'dd' is going to pronounce it as a Rock Pipit.
I'm editing my post now because this bird is a WATER PIPIT.
Pete.
Rolf said Water Pipit but Dig said it wasn't
So it may well be a Rock pipit - Anthus petrosus
Has anyone guessed what bird this is? I see it has been on for over a month. I think it may be a juv. Grey Plover Pluvialis squatarola if not I would love to know.

You're looking at the wrong one sniper, look at the end of the page immediately before this.
Like Chocky said, they are all alike
Good guessing from all of You but still not the right birdie
Ok then it's a Tree Pipit- Anthus trivialis ?
Richard's Pipit - Anthus novaeseelandiae ?
I´ll see if I can get a better picture of this bird.
So far You haven´t been more than close yet not right
We only have 4 pipits

Here is a better picture I think.
Tawney Pipit- Anthus campestris ?
looks like a tree pipit, but i wouldnt put my lunch on it.
Richard's Pipit Anthus richardi
There aren't many left, so the only other one I can think of, but pretty sure we only get here as a rare vagrant is the Buff-Bellied Pipit - Anthus rubescens. wouldn't have thought it was particularly common in Sweden either.
Good work Rolf !
No, it is not that common, last time I had a look there was 2 seen
In Swedish it is called Hedpiplärka
Well done Rolf
Here is another (hard ? ) nut for You
Ahh, that must be one of those Curlews. Well in fact three of them.
Numenius arquata
Yes
Or a Wimbrel - Numenius phaeopus
Well, it was not that easy my friends
I'm passing on this one 'dd' too obscure though the two on the ground are Curlew as Rolf said but obviously not the one on the wing.
Pete.
I can't see them properly are they geese?
The picture is not the sharpest I´ve seen but on purpose
Usuallly You guys are too fast finding the bird
Here is a better pic !
Black-tailed Godwit - Limosa limosa
Yes, good work Chocky
Rödspov, rasen islandica Limosa limosa islandica
Here is an easy one, it´s Friday
That looks like the Little Owl - Athene noctua - Minervauggla
Hi, can I be a tad daring and suggest Tengmalm's...........no ,, I think rolf is probably right, I have never seen a Tengmalm's so it's wishful thinking
I thought of the Tengmalm's But it doesn't have a yellow beak
Pygmy Owl Glaucidium passerinum
Pete.
It is a little owl All right
But not what You have suggested
Maybe there too big Barnowl Try making the longest side 1024
Northern Hawk Owl - Surnia ulula
Northern Hawk Owl - Skanör
Hökuggla Surnia ulula
Good finding Chocky
the Skanör is a place in Skåne, southern parts of Sweden
Thank you
