    Video from my new trail cam, tied to a fence post of the orchard opposite, unfortunately the Fieldfares were confined to the background.

    Fujifilm FinePix S8200 plus Samsung J5 mobile phone camera. Chinon Compact 9-21 x 25 RB binoculars and 10x - 30x60 Zoom binoculars

    That is lovely to watch, Rolf! Great video of beautiful trees and voracious birds!

    I guess the camera was on a tripod as it was so steady right through? Was it you approaching it which made them fly off?

    Whatever, it made a lovely and suitable ending to an otherwise calm scene!

    It's a trail cam Catherine, you strap it to a tree or post and it records when it sees movement.

    Should be back there again at Christmas, although not certain, will deploy the cam and hopefully get some Fileldfares.
