Bird Id please

I'm not sure if this is a juvenile Mistle Thrush or Black bird.
Can any one tell please.

I think it's a Blackbird Chocky, the patterning on the upper wing combined with the rusty colouring would lead to that, mistle thrushes are much lighter in colour. This is the most difficult time of year for bird recognition, as there are so many of them which look alike when only a quick glance is possible.

I had a feeling it was when I saw it a blckbird
It's a very pretty littl bird at the moment especially in the grass
