    I was reading that yesterday too, Rolf. A gunshot cartridge nearby does not sound like an unfortunate accident.

    I hope they catch those responsible. I would guess it is more to do with those with game birds they wish to protect rather than egg collectors - since they were left in the nest.

    I was watching an episode of Hairy Bikers, it was about game food and an estate manager when describing the vermin he had to control, he included Buzzards to the list, just shows how they think.
