    They are such cute little birdies something about the long neck or head shape... nice shots.

    Again, the juveniles might have fooled me, Rolf!

    So you obviously managed a good haul of worthwhile shots on Sunday - even though I'd normally describe Keyhaven as an autumn/winter birding destination!

    The young birder was explaining that many people confuse the juvenile Ringed Plover with a Kentish Plover.

    But yes, managed to get quite a few good shots and saw a few new species. Great day out and one which I'll repeat in the near future.

    Glad you had a good day. We were there again yesterday - it was lovely in the sun, and quieter without dogs and weekend cyclists!
