Not sure what they all are, as I don't have my books with me, will check them when i get back to England.
Nice set of photos Rolf.
I think the third photo may be a Cuckoo bee. They have a white ruff round the neck and a white tail and resemble the buff tailed Bumble bee and lack the hair that most B. Bees have and lay there eggs in the buff tailed B.Bees nest
Well done rolf, excellent captures I especially like the 5th one I love it's face, well done
Yes an excellent series of photographs Rolf.
May I be so bold as to ask you Rolf......can a series of pics like these not be viewed (in this case) all eight at once ?......though I appreciate each individual image would have to be in a much smaller format.
Thought I'd better edit this one as you may say we can view all eight at once as above, but I really mean in a 'full screen' format.
Pete.

I guess that it could be done Pete, but haven't seen any plugins which enable that.
You could if you made them into a montage
Yes, but then they'd be small. But it looks quite good.
That is a fantastic montage plenty big enough I think.
Number six looks like a cuckoo bee too
The montage is excellent Rolf resulting in precisely what I thought was very convenient and saved the tiresome sixteen times (twenty four if you want to expand them all) 'click on/click off' to view them as individuals, now just three 'clicks' and you see them all at once at full screen......brilliant.
Pete.
If you click the right arrow it takes you straight to the next photo with out having to click off until the last photo Pete.
Ahhhh! yes, silly me......slow on the uptake Beryl......sometimes anyway.
Always gives you a good feeling to be able to own up to your own misgivings doesn't it. Thanks for the 'nudge' on that one Beryl.
Pete.
Your welcome. We all have to find things out and I'm no exception I have a problem with reading and understanding what I am reading
But if you extend the size by the little blue square in the bottom right hand corner then yes you will have to click on an off
