The music on this video is half the fun, the chase was on the CA-241 Toll road in Orange County, CA. This could have been right out of a Benny Hill episode, but it is an actual police chase...with a woman driver!

And what's wrong with American police when they feel they need to push a woman on the ground, flat on her face, to be able to arrest her? They should be admiring her driving skills and asking her to teach their guys a few of them so they catch runaway cars more quickly in future!
BTW, HOW many policemen/women and cars did it take to stop just one woman driver?
Reminds me of that 'changing a light bulb' joke!
