    I think it might be one of the Orb weavers but it hasn't built an orb web unless it is beginning a new one and the colours are none I have seen , not that I have seen many undersides of any spiders.

    I think this might be one of the Linyphia sp. They have a habit of hanging upside down from horizontal webs, usually in bushes or other vegetation. Ive take a few photos of these spiders, did it look like this at all?

    Yes but the colours are a bit different . Could be the sunlight though
