Default Meadow Brown Butterfly - Maniola jurtina (female)

The one in flight isn't great, but I loved the way it moved its wings. Most of the area was rather dark.... but it seemed to give the whole experience a more magical feeling..... until a group of lads rode behind me on their bikes shouting 'hello' and waving. They used ALL finger when waving

Saw a few the other day, but unfortunately didn't have my camera in the van, too hot and not sure how much the camera likes being in an oven.
