He has a very whiter than usual face and no black under his beak. Makes him look slightly different to the regular looking Pied wagtail
Could be either I guess, although I believe that the back of the white is lighter in colour.
Yes your right Rolf it does. The white 's back is a very light grey . This one is just lacking the black on his throat which makes his face Whiter.gif "Smile")
