The herbaceous borders in Exbury's sundial gardens were alive with insect life.
Here are a few of the Butterflies we captured on camera!
Firstly the Comma (1, 2 and 3)
Then the Red Admiral (4 and 5)
Followed by a Silver-washed Fritillary, ragged with wear (6, 7 and 8)
The Silver-washed Fritillary and the Red Admiral (9)
And a small blue Butterfly (10)
There were white Butterflies as well, although the commonest were the Commas!
(Sorry, but photos were uploaded by me in order, but for some reason they're jumbled up here... I trust you can work out which is which!)
