Captured at Bowling Green marsh.
This bird is Amber listed and not seen too much in the Southwest UK.
It's a fairly small bird and you have to really look hard to find it.
The first photo shows you how difficult it is to see in a field. There are two in this photo . The second photo shows Three hiding in long grass and the third is a close up to showing the bird's markings.

I had a real job finding it and my fingers were absolutely frozen . You can see the frost in the grass. They were in the field because the lakes were frozen over
