    Default Robin Fledgling - Erithacus rubecula

    I was confused when I first spotted this chappy as for the last few days I have been straining to catch sight of the young Blackbird, so when I saw this I got all excited as it was out in the open, then I got confused It is, of course, not a blackbird Mind you, I've not spotted a Robin for weeks, so it came as a surprise to a young 'un.

    I agree with you there Rolf, young Robins are particularly pretty, I think it's partly because of the warm colouring. I got a young Starling today - not as cute and a very dull grey colour.
