    Have been to Symonds Yat - very like the area of gorges on the Clyde near Lanark, and supporting the same wildlife and BOPs.

    I wonder if the Black Kite will stay in that area this summer, or if it will return to France?

    Is that too far away for a day trip from Reading, Rolf?

    Must check if the bird stays there....

    Worth a visit there in any event Catherine, I've never seen a Kite in France anyway, so not missed it.
