    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    this image of a black tailed godwit was taken locally near preston.
    this site is a breeding site for the ' blackwits'. during the spring 24 hour watch is mounted to avoid disturbance.... and is paying dividends

    thanks,...all my pics have been taken with a cheap kodak easyshare, 4mega pixel, digital camera. you can get some decent images , but you can also get some duff ones!!

    Nice image andy, haven't seen one of those.

    About the images, when using the big lens and teleconverter, I probably only get 20% usable images and in bad light half that.
