    Very professional, Beryl!

I guess they had nested in a hollow tree trunk?

We've not had many Wasps this year, but quite a few Hornets!

Gone all 'American' now, Beryl - calling them yellow jackets? I don't think I've heard them called that here... well, not in my area anyway They are busy little creatures, aren't they?

Thank you Catherine. I quite enjoyed atching them . Didn't ant to hangaround to long though

I looked them Up Louise I didn't know it was an American term. I was looking at the faces as I was recording them thinking they look like vicious Yellow Jackets.

I lived in an American community two years. No British peeps around so picked up a lot of their slang and had a slight accent when I came home. Lost it now over the years but it pops up now and then quite unexpectedly
