... because that's what we had last night - squirrel pasta... and very nice it was too. I even added some pinenuts just to add insult to injury
It was bought from the farmers market and tastes like a cross between rabbit and lamb but with a milder taste. Very nice, but at £4 a piece (same as the rabbit that gives us 2 sets of meals) it's a little expensive.
