    Default Green Woodpecker- Picus viridis

About half an hour before the sun came out high up in a thick wooded area A dark bird landed . I thought the wrong stance for a blackbird and started snapping. Noticed the long beak and was glad I didn't hesitate It was the Green Woodpecker.
so it's a little dark. But you can still see quite a great deal of detail here and he does ted to blend with the tree more so than the other Woodpeckers
