    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    i captured these images this morning whilst having a walk in the frost.
    walking up towards some brambles and scrub, i noticed that the sunlight was catching the melting droplets of water .
    caught at the right angle, the droplets looked like tiny starbursts.
    i went close up to get a photograph, but obviously the nearer i got, the light angle changed. the only way i could get these shots was to stand further away and shoot the shot through my telescope.
    the shots are'nt perfectly focused, but i'm pleased with the overall effect.

    funny you should say that rolf, i took captured these within a few minutes of the sun droplets!!!
