    Penalties for keeping that banned pesticide should be much greater - especially when other evidence was found near the farm, and everything points to it being the reason for the Eagle's death. It[s too easy to get off with this and re-offend!

    Unbelievable, but I guess they couldn't prove the Eagle poisoning. Still, two hand guns and only 300 hrs community service?
