    Is it a sparrowhawk? Whatever it is, its stunning.Cant believe he came anywhere near that shirt of yours so should i assume birds are color blind

    The bird is a Goshawk, a stunning bird of prey capable of taking prey as big as crow. still unfortunately persecuted in parts of Britain, this one was on show with a Golden Eagle on a special bird weekend where I work

    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.
