That's a discussion point chocky, as the song was a Verve song, but they sampled from an orchestral version of The Last Time, unfortunately the sample was so big, that the songwriting credits were assigned to Jagger and Richards.

Yes. I have the Verve and on the cover it says it is written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards It's called Bitter Sweat.
