    Is it a coal Tit? Please

    Hi Chocky

    This is a great tit. The coal tit although similar to a great tit has a dusky greyish buff colour on its underparts and doesn't have the black central stripe running doen it's breast.

    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    Yes Thank you . I wasn't sure
    I just can't tell the difference if I can't see the stripe. A the sunlight on his head made him look different
    If I saw them together I might see the difference .
    I'll keep trying.
