Large Fungus

It was about eight inches across, any ideas anyone?

Only that i don't think it will go with steak and chips
Might be Clouded funnel cap. Can't be sure but it looks a bit like it

My guess would be Clitocybe Gibba / Common Funnel Cap. Hard to tell from one picture and my mycology is only in its infancy.

Thanks, don't normally take pictures of fungi, just that this one stood out so much.

Oh. I wasn't too far out then .
I'm hopeless at fungi too. I did capture a lovely red one at Yateley Park but most of it had been eaten and looked a bit unsavoury. Lol. So I gave it a miss. Might do some work on it and see if I can patch it up
