    Default Sedge Warbler at Hosehill lake

    Stood for ages listening to the intricate song of this bird, they tend to sing from concealed locations, but managed to find a line of sight through a lot of foliage to get a photo of him.

    I love the effect of the sunlight through the foliage too.

    Have still not seen one close enough to identify it as such. Maybe some day......

    You should be able to identify them by the song Catherine, similar to the Reed Warbler, but more jazz.
