The RSPB has decided that the prize for Birmingham's most modern male simply must go to a male kestrel that's nesting in the main building at Aston University. Even in 2010 there are constant battles in many homes to share the domestic duties out evenly. But some modern male birds in Britain's second city are carrying out the domestic duties to bring up their family without so much as a grumble.
