Default Female Yellowhammer - Embiriza citrinella

Spotted on the Ridgeway walk from Streatley to the Berkshire Downs

Saw what looked like a Sparrow in a small puddle and noticed that the back markings were not that of a Sparrow, so managed to get a distance photo.

The second and third photos show the brown colouring on the back under the wings.
