Some say dried mealworms are unattractive to birds, but two Blackbirds (males) and one Robin think otherwise!

LOL, yes, they certainly seem to love them in my garden, particularly the starlings.
Have found 13 Cockchafer grubs in compost in a plant pot - offered them to Blackbird, but he seemed to be scared of them and flew away! Big Jessie!

A Cockchafer flew into my kitchen the other night . It was amazing to watch it open it's wing cases and the wings come out . It looked like a helicopter.
I switched the light out and heard it plop into a bag full of plastic bags. I located it and put a glass over it, a bag under it and it clung onto the bag for dear life . I managed to free it whilst hanging out of the window after a few minutes
LOL, yes, don't really want one flying around in the house, hard to ignore.
