Spider

This gross little spider was running toward me on a railing so I subjected it to my camera. It was about half the size of my baby finger nail.
It might be a yard spider but I don't know. Just found it interesting

Unfortunately I'd need to see the top markings Chocky, there are several which might fit the bill.

No, I'm afraid that it still doesn't show the patterning on the main body and this is the main part needed for identification.

Are you sure it didn't jump and land on your shoulder Chocky,....... check your coat out just in case you brought it home with you ................only kidding............................but check anyway

Lol. If you saw the gross little insect I'm always brushing off after I come out of the bushes , I wouldn't worry about i little bitty spider

Looks like its some sort of crab spider - possibly Xysticus sp..
