    Canon 300D Panasonic FZ50 CS2 Lightroom

    Default Goldfinches

    The birds were a very long way off.Had to use a 70-300 lens plus a 2x converter,then manually focus and it was still small in the frame.

    Guess I got the names right on both the vulture and the Goldfinch.Have been buying and strolling through refernce books.I think I will do a lap of honour.Thanks to both you and Rolf,Chocky. Toots and I are getting there.

    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.
