Early Bumblebee

Very similar to the Red tailed male Bumblebee but smaller and has it's stipe's in a different order Also has a different Latin name :Bombus pratorum

Lovely closeup Beryl, must try and get out to the flower meadows and take some macro shots.

(P.S.) The stripe on the Male red Bumblebee is much narrower and is a much neater specimen though as I said larger
