Carrion Crow (Corvus corone) - juvenile & adult

I'm going to assume that it's a mum with the "little one", although some of the shots seem to show a bit of brown on both. You could see the 'fledgling-fluff' quite well as it was windy and so was flapping about a lot, and is fairly obviously brown - there's something about the eyes too. They pottered about a bit, but I couldn't get a nice close-up shot of the 2 together. Mum eventually flew off and had to call for young 'un to follow... which he eventually did

They were quite oblivious to the cars constantly passing by, but were reluctant to let me get any closer - which was a pity as it was a good light for catching black plumage well.

You probably seen a hint of the change from the youngsters blue eyes to the adult brown eyes?

Aah, possibly. You can certainly see that youngster-blue on my juvenile Wood Pigeon.
