Default Frog spawn in unusual places

Was out on a job today when I noticed some Frog spawn, the Frog had laid it in a builders black plastic sheet. Not sure what will happen when the water evaporates, will try and go back tomorrow to see if I can move it.

Took a couple of photos with my phone.

That's amazing! Is there no pond/other water near that?

Maybe there was a water source somewhere near before the builders moved in. After all, they DO say that Frogs return to their birthplace to spawn!

The Thames is only 100 metres away and there is a little elevated pond in the garden, but it is already full of spawn.
