Thanks Chocky, they have started to come in close again, but I haven't seen any juveniles yet like I did last year.

There area few in a large conifer accross the road and some times land on the front lawn and next door. Never seen any young though. We are on a mane road. We get sea gulls and when there chicks fall from th roof and land in th front gardean we have to use the back entrance,. No way can we awalk up the front path the mother arttack us. The magpies are much nicer
