With news this week that a cold snap is on its way, the RSPB is sending out a message to the public in the south west to remember the birds that need our help to endure these severe weather conditions.

My feeders are taking a real hammering at the moment and the snow hasn't arrived yet.
Only the fatball and peanut feeders are busy here, but I'm going to cut up an apple and out the pieces on the grass to see if I can tempt 'something interesting' to call!.gif "Smile")
My hulled sunflower kernels are being savaged, the regular band of messy eating Goldies are certainly a major factor.
