Grey Squirrel (lost?)

I know that generally Squirrels aren't that unusual - but I don't normally get them here.
I spotted this young Squirrel in my front garden tree yesterday.. and he's still there. I think that he may be too frightened to go anywhere. Backward is past my house where there isn't much in the way of trees, and the other way (not full of trees, but there should be enough to lead him back to the wild bits), he has to cross a road.
The only lucky thing is that it's a plum tree so he won't starve or die of thirst... but he can't stay there forever clinging to the same branch

Crumbs, that's a good crop of plums Louise, as you say, he won't starve.

He might get a little drunk if they get over ripe
I wonder if he is staying there so no othe squirrel will pinch his plumbs ?

LOL, Beryl - good point I checked tonight and he doesn't seem to be there, so hopefully he decided to risk a run across the road (it's not that busy), and made it back towards the proper trees.

Here's one other shot I took of him. They have such big eyes.
