Sure his mummy loves him i would guess Babs.
He does look abnormally scrawny.
It shows the enormous strength of the beak, that could do a lot of damage.
Whoa, he is a bit tatty and ugly... but you are rightit does really show his beak off well.
A few days in my garden and he'll soon fatten up, it seem to like sitting with a Wood pigeon who is being very tolerant of it. Came home from work tonight to find nine magpies in my garden. They make me laugh they can be quite comical to watch. I put some eggs out for the fox and then watched as one of the Magpies rolled one of the eggs aound the garden for a bit then pierced it and flew of with the egg in it's mouth........... At least while they are eating my eggs they are leaving some poor birds nest alone.
