    Wink Summer

    Hiya

im uber depressed ive missed all the summer photos, been laid up with tooth abcess. The hospital have seen fit to decide to make me wait 3 plus months for treatment -- im still waiting. Then i fell down the stairs, so ive been stuck in all summer, trying to take pictures in the garden, but well the brambles are winning!!

So cheer me up with your cool spots this summer...

Sorry you've had such a poor summer, Billy. Hope you get your treatment soon - you've had a torrid time.

We've stayed at home so far - as we had several folks visiting. Going up north next month some time though - and hoping for sun!

Hi Billy,Sorry to hear about your troubles. I've had some good days out at the Lea Farm hide. Lots of wildlife there, even a group of Buzzards who seem to like the place and us a dead tree to perch in. I've posted a few pics from there.

Really bad news Billy, I've been working for most of it, but had a couple of days out, got a nasty sunburnt head when down the other Sunday, visiting Catherine, Glen and Carin at Keyhaven, fortunately got a few reasonable photos though and meeting up with everyone was great.

When you're out and about again, all of the locals must meet up.

Oh Billy, that's terrible - I know what abcesses are like, and having to wait so long......... My summer has been limited (I've been having a few health problems keeping me inside), so it's not been that fantastic "chez Lulu".

And the other two? Well, here is someone from Munich and a mad pony - then another one of her with yours truly. (She's being polite in this one!)

You are all looking lovely, though would someone please tell me to shut my mouth and don't stand like a question mark in the landscape the next time someone takes my picture? THANK YOU!

I like the forth of your pictures, Louise. You've caught a nice and relaxed expression on Rolf's face.

Now, about that blood thursty pony! LOL LOL LOL I know next to nothing about ponies or horses but I do know that it is not a good idea to stand BEHIND one as they are likely to kick! LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL So there!

LOL - an interesting description of yourself, Carin I also like te shot of Rolf - he's not usually too comfortable in front of the camera, but I think he was too sun-burned to care by then!

How can yu say that yu are not photogenic? You're a good-looking bird. I do find it weird that so many people think that they don't look good when so many people DO look good. I spend a lot of time convincing people that they are worth being photographed.

LOL LOL LOL LOL Louise I am not saying I am ugly but neither would I say of myself that I am a good-looking bird! LOL LOL LOL And that's got nothing to do with a low self esteem or a beauty ideal influenced by glamour magazines. I just don't happen to match at all what I would call a good looking woman. LOL LOL LOL
