Buzzard and ?

The bird on the right is a Buzzard but I'm wondering what the bird on the left is. It has a white -ish ead. I was furthe to the left and much higher. The wings are different and the tail is different too.
I have moved it over because the picture would be to big.
Any ideas? please

Difficult one chocky, I don't know enough about raptors to identify without research, but browsing through the Birdguides DVDROM, seems to indicate another Buzzard, perhaps like the Honey Buzzard, which can be found down your way in breeding season.

Thanks. It could be . I was very high , I move it over on the frame to save space. They usually come i pairs. I have another shot of a pair of buzzards. Too high so small to really uploasd but you can see they are both the same .This one just looks a bit different.
