Large White Butterfly - Pieris brassicae

This must be only the 7th or 8th butterfly that I've seen on a 'butterfly' bush this year - it's been a very poor year for butterflies.
I reckon it's a Large White, but for some reason I've been having problems deciding between my Large Whites and Small Whites this year.

Because they can vary in sizes, it's not always easy to decide that way, and the supposedly 'definite' way the direction the colouring goes on the corner of the wing, isn't always as obvious as I would like

I'm like you, Louise. They all look the same to me unless they stop long enough so I can take a pic and check afterwards!
