The markings look like a Migrant Hawker, although I can't match the colours - could it be new and so not fully coloured - also apparently the yellow can occasionally be blue, so it could be on its way to being blue.
The patterning certainly looks like a female, but as you say, the colouring looks slightly off.
It could be an Aeshna caerulea - Azure Hawker.
but am not sure . It looks near to this than the other hawkers and a lot can depend on the light

I don't think it's the Azure Hawker as the pattern's not too similar, e.g the S2 marking isn't at all the same, or the S9.
Well it was just a guess as the colour is different to the other Hawkers . Hope you find out.
