I spent an hour trying to capture a herring gull in a certain flight position.
I captured quite a few. Not the perticular position I wanted but there is always tomorrow.
I did capture this really amusing landing. Gulls are usually so graceful

I'm wondering if there was a rock just under the water . The shot before is even funnier, if he caught his feet on a rock it would caud=se a sort of trip.
