This is just one section of the Exe estuary . In the months between September and December we have thousands of migrant birds stopping off to feed on the Eel grass beds. These Eel grass beds are vital to their survival These photos show you what the estuary s like most of the time and is alive with explosive whistling from the ducks, Honking from the geese . We also have hundreds of Mallards flying in a well as our resident mallards, Wading birds of every kind and Sandwich Terns The whole of the estuary looks like these shots most of the time.
